University of Bradford run a series of events throughout the year to share and gain knowledge, bring communities together, and influence positive change.

Events include public lectures, conferences, arts and cultural events, festival style events, and themed specialist events as well as open days for applicants and prospective students. As well as events organised by the University, we work with partners to support events either on campus or in the region.

Ways to get to campus

By public transport

If you’re getting the bus to Bradford, or arriving by train at Forster Square or Bradford Interchange, the University is 15 minutes’ walk from the city centre.

Go through City Park and continue past the Alhambra Theatre up Great Horton Road. Campus is about 300 metres up this hill, just beyond the college.

By road

Bradford is connected to the motorway network by the M62 and M606, which we recommend you use if arriving from the south, east or west. Use the A629/A650 via Skipton if arriving from the north-west, or the A1 or A19 if arriving from the north-east.
